New Student Registration Instructions
- Students new to the district should contact the school in which they are enrolling to begin the process of requesting records from the previous school of enrollment
- Only a parent/guardian may complete online registration
- New students to the district must also provide the following documentation to the enrolling school:
- Proof of Residency
- Birth Certificate
- Physical
- Immunization Record
Returning Student Registration Instructions
- Only a parent/guardian may complete online registration
- Parents must use Campus Parent to register their returning student
- You will need a Campus Parent Username and Password to access the registration forms
- Once logged into Campus Parent In the menu on the left side click “More” then click Online Registration

Using a web browser/computer, you can access the self-help feature on Campus Parent login screen (not accessible from the mobile app)
Don’t have a Campus Parent Account?
Contact Infinite Campus Support 270-928-2111 or nora.emmons@livingston.kyschools.us - Include the following information in your email to Infinite Campus Support:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Phone number where you can be reached
- Name of student
- Name of school student attends
- Description of your issue, i.e. need account reset, password reminder
